Turkey Loaf
Submitted by

Ingredients
1 lbs. Ground Turkey
1/4 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup regular BBQ sauce
1 table spoon Mustard
2 table spoon Heinz 57 sauce
2 eggs
3 slices of bread
1 tsp. Sugar/Sugar Substitute
Supplies
1 mixing bowl
1 cooking container. (I use a bread glass container - don't know actual
terminology for it.)
Non-stick cooking spray.
Mixing Together
Spray the cooking container with the non-stick cooking spray.
Then, mix all the ingredients together in the mixing bowl. Personally, I
never use a measuring cup. I guestimate at about those measurements. Don't
put away the ketchup or BBQ sauce just yet.
Once mixed, put everything into the cooking container and level it off.
***You can add green onions and cheese in the middle to give it an extra
kick***
Then, take the ketchup and BBQ sauce and spread some extra on top.
***Personally, I make about four lines of each the length of the meatloaf.
Also, I use spicy BBQ sauce on top instead of regular. Then again, I like
it spicy. ***
Then, sprinkle the sugar substitute over the top of it.
Cooking Instructions
40 minutes @ 425 degrees.
Spicy BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
1 pk. Chicken
2/3 cup Louisianna Sauce (or Hot Sauce)
2/3 cup Regular BBQ Sauce
1/3 cup Spicy BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 tbl spoon Cayenne Powder
2 tbl spoon Heinz 57 Sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Supplies
1 charcoal grill (you can use gas, but it just isn't the same)
1 mixing bowl with lid
Mixing
***I always skin the chicken and cut all of the fat off (using dark
meat).***
Mix all of the ingredients in the mixing bowl - minus the chicken. Once
everything is mixed, then add the chicken.
Put the lid on the bowl.
***I usually shake it around so the sauce gets over everything.***
Put bowl into the refrigerator until grill is ready. Allow marination for
at least 15 minutes. The longer the better.
***If you are strapped on time, poke holes into the chicken prior to mixing
with the rest of the ingredients. This will allow for faster obsorption
into the meat.***
Cooking
Once the coals are ready put the meat on.
It's your meat and your grill. Cook it as long as you need, per your taste.
***I usually flip every ten to fifteen minutes. Depending on how hot the
coals are. It will usually cook for about forty minutes.***
